Chile consistent on fresh peach exports

Chile dominates on global exports of fresh peaches, shipping a total of 84,660 tonnes over the first six months of this year, but Spain is not far behind with a major boost in its sales between January and May.

The US remains Chile"s biggest customer, acquiring 36,119 tonnes between January and June this year, which was just 2.5% down from the quantity purchased in the first half of last year.
